Rainy Day for Active Rain?

It's October 8th 2011 and it's rainy and cold outside.  I love it!  The perfect day to stay inside and catch up on all the real estate forums I love.  One in particular is Active Rain.  It's a fantastic community I've been following prior to obtaining my brokers license.  I have only perused it in a 'voyeuristic' capacity.  Being quite intimidated by the community members vast real estate knowledge and their 'techy' expertise I have been reluctant to join.  Well.....I think today is the day to join!  More to come....
